I initially became a trainer with the sole intention of helping people get into better physical shape. As I gained more experience and my expertise grew, I realized it was much deeper than that. I began to understand the connection between physical and mental health. When my clients became physically stronger, their confidence in other aspects of their lives increased. This further evolved my understanding of the benefits of increasing one’s level of wellness. I realized that it’s not just a physical endeavor.
My focus is quality movement while also getting stronger and feeling better. The older we get the more brittle we become. We naturally lose lean muscle mass and tend to hold on the fat longer. This does not have to be the case. Functional strength training will help prevent these things from happening and improve not only your physical health but training could also have a positive effect on your mental health.
Now is the time to challenge yourself! Understand that things may get uncomfortable but always remember that greatness is not attained through mediocrity. Let’s take this journey together!
